First Time Users may face below error in case of DSC FailureSolution 1 Check stability of your Internet Connection and there should be no proxy /firewall etc… Solution 2 Check DSC token not inserted in USB port Solution 3 Your current internet session can be over Solution 4 Exclude Microsoft folder which is in C:\Program Files (x86) \Microsoft from Antivirus which is installed on your computer. Solution 5 Access Rights to folder not assigned Step 1 : Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft, Right click Signature folder and then click on Properties to give access rights to the user ( refer below image). Step 2 : Click on Security tab and then click on Edit, after clicking Edit button select Users . Step 3 : Click on “Allow” Check Box for Full Control. Step 4 : Then Apply and click ok & Re-Login in Turbo eSigner & Sign invoice. Notes:
